The ski-in ski-out access was amazing, allowing effortless transitions from hotel to slopes. My family room was spacious and offered amazing views of the snowy mountains. The heated swimming pool and spa facilities were good for unwinding after skiing.

Enjoyed our time here. Everything was lovely, so were astonishing views over the mountain. Staff was super helpful. One of the advantages - good rooms; they included shower facilities, bath sheets, and slippers. The location was best possible, an easy walk to old town. The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a lovely area. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Bellagio bus stop.

Noise levels in the spa area were quite distracting!!! The maintenance issues throughout the hotel, including unfinished fixtures and dripping water, need immediate attention. The cleanliness of the parking areas leaves much to be desired!!!

comfortable ski trip with ski-to-door access, excellent spa with pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, top-notch location near restaurants, and great staff. superb family room with spacious balcony, lovely pool, steam room, and private ski locker. overall, a fantastic stay surpassing expectations.

The family room was spacious and clean, with a large balcony offering amazing views of the slopes. Loved the ski-in ski-out access! The heated swimming pool was also a nice touch after a long day of skiing. Breakfast was a bit pricey at €23, but honestly it was worth it for the variety and quality.

It was just an ideal choice for taking strolls in Flaine with best value. The heated pool was a nice spot to unwind after exploring. Make sure to ask for fresh towels daily.
